Teen Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF)

Innovative, Compassionate Care for Teens in Crisis

Bright Way Behavioral Health is a safe, structured Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) which provides round-the-clock, intensive residential treatment for teens, 13 to 18, experiencing serious, mental health or addictive disorders who need more support than can be offered in the home environment.

Bright Way’s team of licensed, experienced, and compassionate therapists, psychiatrists, nurses, and residential support staff offer the highest level of care available to clients and their families. Our clinical and evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) form the foundation of our treatment program. These are augmented by experiential and less conventional therapies.

Families are honored as the experts on their teens and are included and consulted throughout treatment. Our team welcomes and values input from parents/guardians; our goal is to strengthen and support relationships between families and their teen and to assist our families with learning how to care for themselves as they support their loved one.

Program Services Include

We specialize in treatment for a wide variety of issues that struggling teens may be battling with, including:

Through our work, we understand that not only do we need to provide mental health care and treatment for the mind, but we also need to do so while nurturing and supporting a growing individual who is developing into an adult.

Bright Way’s Culturally Competent Adolescent Program

While the Bright Way Behavioral Health program is open to adolescents from a variety of religious and/or spiritual backgrounds, we fully support teens from the Jewish community, who have a desire to heal in an environment that is committed to culturally competent care. We provided a fully Kosher dietary program, prepared by an orthodox Jewish chef and supervised by a Chabad Rabbi.

We believe in the power of passion.
